Welcome to AVID Honors World History! This class is a year long class that meets every Tuesday, Thursday, and half a period on Friday. In Honors World History, we will be examining the world chronologically and thematically, focusing on the historial developments and the rise and fall of civilizations and their unique contributions to humanity, and the universal elements these civilizations have in common throughout time. Listed to the side is a list of topics that we cover. Included in these topics are assignments, videos, and links to information that you will need to make you successful as an AVID Honors World History student.
